The French chef Didier Bonnot, who’s in charge of the kitchen,  and his wife Dominique Bolle, who’s in charge of the restaurant, serve dishes inspired by the southeast of France, as well as  the well-known dishes that have built their reputation, like grilled fish, sole, lobster, bouillabaisse, hake and meat of the best origin.
